Adding the courageous idea of turning a popular cafe in Aviemore into a bakery to keep her staff working during pandemic, it makes Kirsten the award-winning cafe chef and baker one of the beautiful souls in the UK. Not to mention her creativity and talent shown in a number of professional awards in the cafe industry.
